CeDAR believes that it’s necessary to provide different levels of treatment services, meeting people where they’re at on their recovery journey. This includes Outpatient Treatment Services for those transitioning from residential treatment, or anyone needing ongoing support for long-term recovery. We offer evidence-based services for a wide range of substance use and co-occurring mental health needs.
Primary Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
CeDAR’s IOP is a psycho-education curriculum that incorporates essential early recovery concepts as well as process and skill-building group therapy. IOP is multi-faceted in nature incorporating Addiction and Recovery Education, Counseling, Case Management, Mental Health Care, Medication Management and Peer-Based Recovery Support.
CeDAR utilizes this integrated, recovery based approach to emphasize health and wellness. Our therapeutic processes are designed to improve the functioning of participants in all aspects of life.

- Professionals Continuing Care Group
- Designed for professionals leaving IOP or Residential Treatment who are participating in monitoring programs or who want to maintain accountability through a structured therapeutic approach.

Collegiate Continuing Care
Collegiate recovery programming was developed to address the unique needs of students struggling with substance use.
Programming aspects include identity development, engaging and building effective support systems, implementation of daily recovery-oriented routines, and pro-social recreational engagement.
Programming may include group, individual, case management and family therapies.
Continuing Care Group
Designed to help those in need of ongoing therapeutic recovery support and relapse prevention counseling.

CeDAR Outpatient Treatment Services includes Addiction Psychiatry offering medication-assisted therapies that are crucial to addressing biological aspects of recovery from addiction and other co-occurring disorders. Areas of practice include psychiatric assessment, pharmacotherapy, and psychotherapy.
Our Addiction Medicine services address physiological issues as they relate to physical health complications stemming from, and co-occurring with, substance use. Typical areas of practice include pain management, withdrawal symptom management, medication-assisted therapies, and management of other chronic health conditions.
Addiction Therapy includes individual, group, family and couples therapy delivered by licensed behavioral health professionals. CeDAR'as experienced clinical staff offer varied treatments based on patient need, preference, and interest.
