Veronica Baiamonte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Art and is currently working towards an Interdisciplinary master's degree in Emerging Technologies and Learning. She has worked at University of Colorado Hospital for 22 years in many different departments providing technical and operational support. Ms. Baiamonte is excited to work at CeDAR and with the growing Behavioral Health Service Line to continue to provide behind the scenes support for patients and fellow team members.
Avis Granger-Moore has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She began her career at the Wheat Ridge Regional Center where she received her license as a Psychiatric Technician through the State Board of Nursing. After working with the patient’s in a direct care setting, Ms. Granger-Moore switched into the administrative area of the healthcare field. She has worked for various healthcare organizations i.e., University Physicians and the University of Colorado Hospital. Avis has a background in Collections, Medical Billing and in Revenue Recovery. Ms. Granger-Moore has chosen to use her knowledge and skills to work at CeDAR provide services to patients through the utilization process.
Shontelle Lara enjoys working at CeDAR because of the work we do to help people begin their journey in recovery, and it also allows her to do the work she loves as an administrative professional. As a Program Support Assistant she works closely with CeDAR's Executive Director, Director of Development and Manager of Business Development. Ms. Lara holds two certificates in Office Administration from Community College of Aurora. She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree of Applied Science for Medical Administrative Assistant at Community College of Denver.
Brian Mondragon graduated from culinary school in March 1999. He has been working in the food industry for over 20 years. His cooking experiences includes casinos, convention centers, sports stadiums and he has cooked at one Super Bowl. Now he brings great food to CeDAR because he believes patients need to have great nutrition to help them in their recovery. Mr. Mondragon’s hope for each patient is to enjoy what they eat so they can have more time to work on their recovery instead of worrying if their next meal is going to be good.
Angela Riley started at CeDAR in the admissions department and has moved up to work closely with the doctors and other administrative duties.

Kristina Wayt Gonzales holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work and is currently working towards a master’s in social work. She has worked in the mental health field for 12 years and is excited to be at CeDAR working in utilization review.
Kathy White's experience in the healthcare field began at the Little Company of Mary Hospital. She contributed years of volunteer hours and discovered an enjoyment of the healthcare environment. From that time, Ms. White knew this was the field that she wanted to work in. Years later, she found her niche working with outpatient and community based psychiatric practices. Working behind the scenes, Ms. White was able to ensure that the revenue cycle ran smoothly. She currently provides the same service at CeDAR and works to ensure that our systems function optimally. It is her pleasure to have a role in creating a positive experience for our patient's and their families.
