Thank you for your generous support of CeDAR – the Center for Dependency Addiction and Rehabilitation. Our endurance is due to the philanthropic support of our donors. Our programs are evidence-based and designed to encourage long-term sobriety. Without you, many of those struggling with substance use addiction would not be able to seek help. Thank you for helping us to change lives.
Please consider giving the gift of recovery and join the Community of Recovery Circle by making a gift each year. Your contribution allows us to continue to offer necessary treatment services to our patients. As you reach each level of giving you receive greater satisfaction knowing you’ve helped more people along their recovery journey.
Donors with cumulative annual fund gifts of $1000 or more received in one fiscal year (July through June) are considered a member of the Community of Recovery Circle.
$1,000 – Friend
$5,000 – Partner
$10,000 – Champion
$15,000 – Benefactor
$30,000 – Humanitarian
With fewer individuals able to access quality addiction treatment on a self-pay or limited insurance basis, we must look for better ways to help people achieve long-term sobriety. Donations made to the CeDAR Scholarship Fund aid families who qualify for financial assistance to either our inpatient or outpatient programs. All potential recipients must provide documentation, and must be motivated and vested in their treatment and creation of a recovery plan.
Gifts of any size and form promote healing. An honorarium is a donation that honors a living friend or family member. You may make the gift to celebrate an individual’s sobriety anniversary or other special occasions. So we can acknowledge the gift, please give us the person’s name and address as well as the reason for the honor. We will inform the individual of your thoughtfulness without mentioning the monetary amount of your gift.
A memorial is given to commemorate a deceased loved one. CeDAR will let a family member know of your tribute and generosity.
The environment that patients walk into at CeDAR is one of hope, caring, and healing. Our grounds are a small hidden retreat within the bustling Anschutz Medical Campus. The work that our patients do within our walls and within themselves is transforming. The demand for CeDAR’s services is growing and capital funds are needed for:
CeDAR Recovery Center – $1M
The former Marion Downs Hearing Center along Colonel’s Row on the Anschutz Medical Campus is owned by CeDAR and will be renovated to provide a meeting place for community and mutual support groups to gather. The CeDAR Recovery Center would be open for all qualified addiction and behavioral health recovery support programs. Additionally, the CeDAR Recovery Management Services program will be housed here to provide easy, integrated access to alumni for peer coaching, support and participation in progress and assessment monitoring.
The Endowment for CeDAR is an action-oriented fund designed to attract venture philanthropists who want to make a large impact in terms of research and expanded and new programs that focus on patient priority. Project components include:
Clinically rigorous, comprehensive, and integrated continuum of care
