Susan Dearing-Bond is a Certified FundRaising Executive (CFRE) with over 25 years experience in non-profit management and economic development throughout Colorado and Southwest Michigan. She is responsible for leading and strengthening CeDAR’s comprehensive fundraising program in support of the organization’s mission and goals. She is an active member of the national/international Association of Fundraising Professionals as well as the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy. Susan is a graduate of Western Michigan University and has participated in the University of Colorado’s Executive Development in Residence program and the University of Notre Dame’s Organizational Management program.
Shontelle Lara enjoys working at CeDAR because of the work we do to help people begin their journey in recovery, and it also allows her to do the work she loves as an administrative professional. As a Program Support Assistant she works closely with CeDAR's Executive Director, Director of Development and Manager of Business Development. Ms. Lara holds two certificates in Office Administration from Community College of Aurora. She is currently pursuing an Associate Degree of Applied Science for Medical Administrative Assistant at Community College of Denver.
