Dr. Sapp is board certified in Addiction Psychiatry and General Psychiatry. He is an attending physician at CeDAR where he serves as the primary psychiatrist for the professional program. Dr. Sapp attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his psychiatry residency at Baylor Scott & White in Temple, Texas and subsequently completed his fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at the University of Colorado – Denver. He is active in teaching and supervising psychiatry residents and medical students, a passion of his. Dr. Sapp takes great pride in his ability to work within a multidisciplinary team setting to provide his patients with the best possible care, a necessity in the treatment of the disease of addiction.
