Many of our patients enter CeDAR with nutritional issues. Their addiction has taken priory over their need for proper eating habits. With this in mind, CeDAR’s dining hall is equipped with freshly made meals, a salad bar/fruit bar, beverages and pre-packaged items including fresh sushi as well as a MTO grill.
Patients are served breakfast, lunch and dinner and they have access to healthy snacks throughout the day. In addition, each CeDAR patient has the opportunity to meet with our nutrition consultant for any special considerations or support regarding diet. CeDAR’s dining hall staff can accommodate any food restrictions or allergies with advance notice. Overtime, our patients and dining hall staff get to know each other and many patients look forward to enjoying our meals cooked with care and served with pride.
