Brian graduated from culinary school in March 1999. He has been working in the food industry for over 20 years. His cooking experiences includes casinos, convention centers, sports stadiums and he has cooked at one Super Bowl. Now he brings great food to CeDAR because he believes patients need to have great nutrition to help them in their recovery. Mr. Mondragon’s hope for each patient is to enjoy what they eat so they can have more time to work on their recovery instead of worrying if their next meal is going to be good.
