Does CeDAR conduct a comprehensive wellness assessment?
We understand that drug and alcohol use is not the only problem. Because addiction affects all parts of your life, CeDAR completes a comprehensive assessment to find out about your overall wellness. Our process is flexible and works within the capabilities of each individual.
Besides the basic evaluation of drug and alcohol use, a team of CeDAR professionals will assess your emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual dimensions.
CeDAR staff works with you individually to strategize treatment. You may ask to involve family, friends, doctors, and previous mental health providers in the planning process. We seek to create for you the most comprehensive plan using all available resources.
Will I receive responsive treatment planning?
Based on the findings from CeDAR’s comprehensive assessment, we’ll develop a responsive treatment plan. We work with you to create a customized plan that can take you into long-term recovery.

Is there continuing care for long-term recovery?
CeDAR treats drug and alcohol addiction as a chronic condition requiring a continuum of care. We provide treatment services that extend well past residential care. The treatment team will work with you to develop an ongoing care plan for long-term recovery.
Our services include Intensive Residential Treatment, Residential Extended Care, Professionals Program for licensed professionals seeking treatment, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Ongoing Clinical Assessments, Recovery Coaching, and Mutual Aid Groups.
Working closely with all those affected – patient, family, friends, clinicians – we build a specific plan for transitioning from one level of care to another. Staying connected has shown to be most effective for achieving long-term recovery and improving the quality life.
