Thomas graduated from Wilkes University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2008 and received his master’s degree in Psychology in 2010 from the State University of New York at Brockport. He’s worked in the mental health field for over ten years and has specialized in substance abuse issues since 2013. Thomas is experienced and trained in delivering motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy styles of treatment. He works from a client-centered approach with cultural sensitivity and expresses respect and positive regard for his patients.
